How to draw a line tangency to two circle.
- Draw line between two center.
- Draw arc through these center.
- Draw circle with R59-R39 to intersect
the arc at D.
- Draw line AD and project until E.
- Draw parallel line AE and BF.
- EF is line of tangency between two
circle.
